Individual and Small Group Training
Getting Started -Player Assessment and Customized Development Plan
- For individuals or groups of up to 6 players
- Every player is unique which is why our model is customized into a plan for each individual
- Our process begins with a discussion about your player's goals and the logistics of what works for your family (timing, location and budget)
- We'll conduct a player assessment based on your player's goals to understand where we're starting from ( assessment may be video, on ice, off-ice or a combination depending on your needs)
- Our team will then design a customized development plan for your player for your approval
- Once approved, we'll lock in your training schedule and get started on the path to reaching your player's goals

- On Ice Training - Proven on ice training programs that evolve to stay current with the latest in player development best practices
- Off Ice Training - Strength and conditioning, agility, decision making and skills. We strive to equip players to continue their training away from the rink in between sessions
- Video Coaching - "Seeing yourself" is a critical part of growth. We'll use video feedback throughout our program. We can also provide video analysis and breakdowns of game video
- Position Specific Development - We have coaches that specialize in each position on the ice and will develop players technical and tactical skills as well as decision making

To reach your goals, it requires a comprehensive development plan that doesn't end when your session with one of our coaches is over. We'll provide actionable feedback every step of the way
- Every program begins with a written assessment of where we're starting from
- You'll receive feedback after each session to ensure we stay on path to reach your goals
- We'll utilize video analysis to provide feedback on skating, shooting, and other technical skills
- At the end of our program, you'll receive another assessment to guide your continued development as a player
